Jump to recipe & brew logThis is the second batch in the notebook, and it is currently in the making.
The recipe keeps Cascade as the through-line from the first beer while adding Carahell and a more deliberate hop schedule. Brew-day measurements, fermentation notes, and the final result will be added once the batch is underway.
Brew plan
The target is a roughly 10 L pale ale with a cleaner, more intentional Cascade profile than the first batch. The recipe is recorded ahead of brew day, so the original gravity, final gravity, attenuation, and ABV are not set yet.
